Shipping Methods

We offer two delivery options, both door-to-door within Thailand:

• Standard Shipping — via Flash Express
• Cold Chain Courier — temperature-controlled delivery for optimal product integrity

Please ensure your phone number is entered correctly at checkout. Delivery cannot be guaranteed if contact details are inaccurate.

Storage Requirements

Our peptide products are stable outside refrigeration for the following maximum durations:

• Vials — up to 14 days unrefrigerated
• Pens — up to 7 days unrefrigerated

Upon receiving your order, products must be refrigerated immediately. PEPTHAI takes no responsibility for product degradation resulting from failure to refrigerate promptly after delivery.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Lost or damaged orders after delivery confirmation
• Products not refrigerated immediately upon receipt
• Any issues arising after the product has been received
